Nissan wants to ensure that Nissan vehicles are safe for our customers. When a safety defect is determined, Nissan will launch a Recall Campaign by sending vehicle owners a notification letter containing detailed instructions on how to have the matter remedied.

Recall campaigns affect specific model years, geographic regions, and vehicles (based on vehicle identification number or VIN). In order to confirm that your vehicle is actually involved in a campaign, or has not been previously repaired, Nissan recommends contacting your Nissan dealer before bringing a vehicle in for service.

Nissan recalls may apply to specific VIN ranges, and due to equipment variation, options, prior repairs, etc., your vehicle may or may not be involved in a recall. To determine if your specific vehicle is affected by any recall, please contact your local Nissan dealer.
